Perth Plaza Inn & Suites

The rooms were spacious, tidy, and had a TV.

It was very clean and newly renovated. Sam, the front desk man was very nice! It was a lovely place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

I didn't like that there wasn't really any place to put towels (i.e. no towel racks in the bathroom to hang wet towels). They might think of putting in a shelf or two to allow for a little storage space.

The place was well priced. Everything was good, had a really really nice stay for one night. The location was good: a mall and supermarkets were within walking distance. The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a beautiful area.

Prime location! This place is ideally situated near Perth and the surrounding areas, making it super convenient to explore the area. Plus, we were just a quick 5-minute drive from the Perth Museum 🏛️.

Owners were very friendly and I enjoyed speaking with them. The room was clean and comfortable. Food and auto needs were close at hand. I always rely on a microwave and fridge in my travels and both were available in the room.

Checkout time of 1000 was on the early side and would have been more suitable at noon. The room cooled off quickly going into Oct and access to a little heat would have been nice until bedtime.

Very clean, seems like the room was relatively new. Staff was helpful. Good to spend a night and keep going.

A bit expensive. I paid less for a similar room in downtown of Montreal.

The location here is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and the outskirts of town, with consistently polite staff.

If there are any cons about the Perth Plaza I couldn't find them ;-)

The motel is right on Hwy#7 so I was expecting a lot of traffic noise but the rooms are behind the building and were fairly quiet. Definitely above average for this type of motel; very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff here were very helpful and the location was very convenient.

it was very old and the room was cold very cold I would not recomend anyone stay there people were nice but it was a dump

This venue has a fantastic pool, convenient on-site parking, a wide range of breakfast options, and a friendly and efficient staff, located near a supermarket, stores.

All of the staff were polite, courteous. The location was marvellous, close to easy to access, in a nice area. Cafe Foodsmiths located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The motel was central and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and maintained extremely well. It was outfitted with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom was immaculate. I was very impressed by the level of quality for the price.
